Lombardi’s Shaving Co. Return Policy
Lombardi’s Shaving Co. offers a generous 30-day “exchange policy” on unopened, unused or defective retail product purchases. Customers can exchange for another similar product or equal value. Customers are asked to present proof of purchase at time of exchange. If you are exchanging a product for one that is not of equal value, the price difference of the exchange will be refunded or paid (by customer) at time of exchange.
NOTE: Defective, unused & unopened are at the sole desecration of Lombardi’s Shaving Co. management on a case by case basis. Any returns not approved by Management will be considered a final sale & thus not fitting the above-defined return policy.
We do everything we can to ensure that the prices on our company’s website are correct, and we try to keep our prices constant. While we make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, the cost of one or more of our products and/or services may change – either up or down – and thus be mispriced online. Lombardi’s Shaving Co. reserves the right to refuse any orders based on mispriced products/services whether or not the order has been confirmed.

- We reserve the right to refuse any coupon/promotion, at any time, without notice– refusal is at Lombardi’s Shaving Co. Management’s discretion.
- Discounted items are final sale and non–refundable. If package and product is damaged contact the customer service representative for exchange only.
- Lombardi’s Shaving Co. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND/OR ADJUST ANY ORDERS PLACED DUE TO INCORRECT STOCK OR PRICING.
- Any cancellation of orders must be made prior to item being shipped. Cancellations can only be made by emailing customer service representative at firstname.lastname@example.org
- NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations on customized and/or special orders. Changes may be permitted on customized and/or special orders if request is made prior to start of production.
